🟢 ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
🟢 I ACCIDENTALLY CANCELED MY ORDER — CAN I RESUME IT?
If you’ve canceled your order on-site and want to receive your order, the best way is to place a new order at checkout.

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled.
If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, please contact support@boxsgift.com (and include your original #GLO order number), and we’ll take a look.
Refund & Return Info
🔴 OUR REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
🟢 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We can only accept returns in the case that the shirt you received is damaged, the wrong size, or an incorrect shirt altogether. Please ensure that any returns meet these conditions, as we are unable to process returns for other reasons.
🟢 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Customized items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded after the order has been placed.
🟢 REQUIREMENTS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
🟢 REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.
🟢 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email support@boxsgift.com and send your item to:

To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, delivery time for exchanges may vary.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
